Mr. Rakesh Thakur holds a Marine Engineering degree from DMET, Calcutta. He has also been trained in Advanced Fire Fighting Course and coordinated with leading Architects, Consultants, Etc.
 
He has been actively involved in setting up and commissioning of Radisson Hotel and PSRI Hospital.

Prior to starting his own company, he has had more than 30 years of experience as a chief engineer in sectors spanning across Marine, Hospitality and Healthcare Industries both in India and abroad.

Mr. Thakur has been the Chairman & Managing Director of the company since its inception in September 1999.
 
Under his stewardship, the company has contributed significantly in the field of facility management and has scaled phenomenal heights.
